Our Campus Ecosystems

Advanced Manufacturing requires precision and technical expertise.

So does the development of the mission critical facilities which make those advanced manufacturing activities possible.

ACMI Properties partners with tenants through the full lifecycle of the development process, from site-selection, to entitlements and permits, through design and construction, in order to deliver state of the art facilities to the precise specifications our tenants need to successfully execute their production contracts.

Having an intimate understanding of our tenants’ industries is critical to ACMI’s success.

Unlike typical industrial developers, ACMI pairs our seasoned team of commercial real estate and development professionals with ACMI Group’s unique network of technical experts in national security, space systems, critical chemicals, advanced materials, prototyping, hypersonics and other areas to deliver exceptionally designed and constructed properties, enabling our tenants to precisely meet the production demands of their business.

ACMI Properties’ projects support the reshoring and rebuilding of the American Industrial Base.

We select sites based first and foremost on our tenant’s needs, with an eye towards workforce availability, transportation, power and utility access.

Select ACMI Properties Projects:

Exploration Park – NASA Johnson Space Center, TX

NASA has chosen ACMI to be the exclusive developer of 207 acres at Johnson Space Center in Houston, to support the next generation of human spaceflight.

R&D, prototyping, clean rooms and flex industrial space for:

  • Human spaceflight technologies

  • Robotics and autonomous systems

  • Astro-materials and materials science

  • Key components and supply chain resiliency

Defense Manufacturing Campus – Southeast Texas

Ideal for defense and aerospace manufacturers seeking to benefit from Texas’ supportive business climate and proximity to the workforce of both Austin and San Antonio. The site offers a mix of traditional industrial buildings and specialized facilities for managing, producing, researching, and testing for a wide range of defense-centric applications.

Defense Manufacturing – Indiana

ACMI – working closely with Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, is developing more than 1,100 acres across 2 different sites: Precision Park at Lafayette and the National Security Industrial Hub in Bloomington.

These sites will support munitions development and production and are the home of the OUSD A&S Munitions Campus where tenants can benefit from ACMI Federal's DoD contract, leveraging prototyping and equipment programs.

R&D, prototyping, scaled production, and flex industrial space for:

  • Hypersonic systems

  • Advanced fabrication and machining

  • Delivery systems and assembly

  • Energetic materials
